Meet Katie

I am a late-diagnosed woman, mother of two neurodivergent children with ADHD and dyslexia, and a former registered nurse. For more than ten years, I have homeschooled and supported my children through learning differences, executive function challenges, and the realities of neurodivergent family life. Along the way, I came to better understand my own ADHD and the importance of support that is practical, individualized, and grounded in understanding.

I currently focus on supporting college students, young adults, and parents navigating ADHD and executive functioning challenges.

I recently completed training through the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA), an ICF-accredited ADHD coach training program, and am completing my certification hours. I also plan to continue through ADDCA's Family Program to deepen my work with children, teens, and families.

Coaching, for me, is not about fixing or forcing people into systems that do not fit. It is about understanding how your brain works, building practical skills, and creating approaches that feel sustainable in real life.

I live in the foothills of Colorado with my husband, our two children, and our black lab puppy.
